Copper sulphate is designed for bushes and fruit trees spraying, soil cultivation and for prevention and treatment of vegetables and berry crops diseases. The best time for copper sulphate application is the early spring. Solution concentration depends on the application purpose and crop type. If the application technique and concentration are correct, copper sulphate solution isn’t toxic for plants and pollinating insects and doesn’t have any effect on crop-rotation.

The first application is in March when the daily average temperature is +5°С and higher. Trees should be prepared for the spraying: remove (cut off) old, injured, sick branches; clear off the trunk and main branches from lichen and dead coming off cork, close all cuts and cracks with tree-pruning paste and clean up space under the trees (fallen leaves and dead plant material).

It is recommended to make an application before swelling and bursting of the buds in order to get rid of overwintered larvae of the pests and to protect plants from pests and transmissible diseases.

Late blight prevention and treatment

3,5-4 l per plant - soil irrigation with 0,5 % water solution at the first signs of the disease (brown sport on leaves and stem).
Application periods and features

In case of the first signs of infection appearance on trees and shrubs, it is recommended to apply copper sulphate solution via spraying both in the early spring and in autumn, after the leaf falling (the end of October-November). Autumn trees treatment is the same as the spring one. This treatment eliminates larvae of pests which were laid in the cork cracks for the winter.

The application rate of the product

0,5 % water solution - soil irrigation in order to disinfect the ground in hot- and greenhouses.

Consumption of the working solution - 2 l/m2
