Calcium nitrate is an essential water-soluble calcium source for the open and sheltered grounds.

Nitrate nitrogen stimulates the absorption of calcium by being its carrying agent in the process of nutrients absorption by the root system. This fertilizer doesn’t contain sulphates or any insoluble impurities and serves as the best source of nitrogen in acid soil. Calcium nitrate is produced in the form of solution, crystals or granules.

The application rate of the product

All kinds of crops (open ground)

1) 3-9 kg per 1 ha (concentration of the working solution is 1,5-3%) –foliar applications at the interval of 1-3 weeks during the vegetation period. Consumption of the working solution for field crops is 200-300 l per 1 ha and for horticultural crops and grapes – 800-1000 l per 1 ha.

2) 1,5-3 kg per 1000 l of water –soil applications during the vegetation period (application through the use of irrigating systems). Consumption of the working solution depends on the usual water application rate.

All kinds of crops (sheltered ground)

1) 10-20 kg per 1 ha (concentration of the working solution is 1-2%) – foliar applications at the interval of 1-3 weeks during the vegetation period. Consumption of the working solution – 800-1000 l per 1 ha.

2) 1,5-3 kg per 1000 l of water –soil applications during the vegetation period (application through the use of irrigating systems). Consumption of the working solution depends on the usual water application rate.
